1. What this policy covers

This policy covers our public marketing website and conversations about our services. It does not describe all information processing within the separate customer application at app.alllocal.ai, the audit tool at scan.alllocal.ai, or software and services we operate for customers. For questions about information handled in those services, contact us using the details below and review any notices provided within the relevant service.

2. Information we collect

Inquiries and correspondence. Our contact form asks for your name, email address, topic, and message, with an optional company name. We receive that information by email. We also receive the information you choose to provide in emails, calls, or follow-up conversations, including a phone number if you provide one. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or sensitive personal information through the general contact form.

Demo bookings. Our booking page uses Google Calendar. If you book an appointment, we receive the booking details you submit, such as your name, contact information, selected appointment time, and any additional information requested by the booking form.

Website operation and security. When your browser connects to our website or its providers, those systems receive technical information such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, and request times. Hosting systems may maintain request and error logs. Our contact form also uses submission timing and identifiers derived from IP addresses to detect abuse and limit repeated requests.

Saved checklist progress. Learning Center checklists save your selected items in your browser's local storage. The website does not send those selections to All Local.

3. How we use information

We use inquiry and booking information to answer questions, arrange demos, discuss the services or projects you ask about, and follow up by email or by phone when a number is provided. We also use relevant information to maintain our correspondence and business records, operate and protect the website, troubleshoot problems, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Submitting a website inquiry does not enroll you in a newsletter or automated marketing-text campaign. You can ask us to stop sales follow-up by replying to us or using the contact details below.

4. When information is disclosed

Information is available to the people who need it to respond to your request and to providers supporting our website and communications. These include Hostinger for website hosting, providers that transmit or store our email, and Google for demo scheduling and hosted fonts. Providers receive the information needed for the functions they perform.

We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or threats to the rights or safety of All Local or others.

We do not sell website inquiry information or provide it to other businesses for their own advertising. We do not use website inquiries for advertising targeted across unrelated websites.

5. Browser storage, Google features, and analytics

Checklist storage. Saved checklist selections remain in that browser until you clear the website's stored data or your browser removes it. Clearing storage resets your saved selections. Browser settings can restrict storage, which may prevent progress from being saved.

Google Fonts. Pages request fonts from Google, which receives technical connection information such as your IP address. These requests let your browser display the site's typefaces.

Google Calendar. Opening our demo-booking page loads an embedded Google Calendar page and connects your browser to Google before you make a booking. Google may use cookies or similar technologies and process browser, device, account, and interaction information according to its own policies and your settings. Its processing may include activity across services or websites. You can contact us by email or phone if you prefer not to use the booking feature.

Google's handling of information is described in its Privacy Policy. You can manage browser cookies and Google account privacy settings through those services.

Analytics and advertising tools. This website currently has no Google Analytics, advertising pixel, or session-recording service installed. We will update this notice and provide any required choices before adding tools that change the practices described here. Operational and security logs may still be generated as described above.

The website does not currently respond to the legacy browser "Do Not Track" signal. That signal is different from legally recognized privacy opt-out signals. This statement does not limit any privacy rights available to you under applicable law.

6. Retention and safeguards

We keep inquiries and related correspondence to respond and follow up, maintain business records, and address applicable legal, dispute, or security needs. We do not currently apply a fixed automatic deletion period to those records. Retention depends on the information, the purpose for keeping it, and our relationship with you. You can request deletion using the contact details below; some information may need to be retained for an applicable legal or other legitimate purpose.

Security identifiers and request records are used to operate and protect the website. Provider logs, email records, and backups may have different retention practices. Saved checklist selections follow the browser-storage behavior described above.

We use safeguards intended to protect information and limit unauthorized access. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate; privacy laws may differ by location.

7. Your choices and privacy requests

You can choose not to submit a form, use the calendar, or provide optional details. We may be unable to respond to a request without the contact information needed for it.

To ask about, access, correct, or request deletion of personal information you have provided, email support@alllocal.ai or call (855) 814-4256. Please describe your request without sending sensitive identity documents. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity and locate the relevant records.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply to our handling of your information, you may have additional rights. We will respond to requests as applicable law requires. These rights can be subject to exceptions; we will explain when we cannot fulfill a request.

8. Children

This website is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us so we can address it.

9. Changes to this policy

We will post updates on this page and revise the effective date when our practices change. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent when applicable law requires it. An update does not authorize a new use of previously collected information where additional permission is required.
