Can it use our documents and company information?
We can scope selected materials and software sources into the project. We first review their availability, quality, access requirements, and how the information will be used and kept current.
Does the AI take actions without anyone reviewing them?
That depends on the agreed workflow. A system can prepare drafts, require approval, or perform specific configured actions. We define those boundaries during design and test them before use.
What if an answer is incomplete or wrong?
AI output can be incorrect. We design appropriate review and escalation steps, test representative examples, and agree on where people need to check the result.
